Taking the next step.

I can't talk details, specifics, or whatever else... but there has been a *major* and exciting development in terms of the future of this show.

Several days ago I was on my way to shoot a couple new shorts for the Gamers website when I received a phone call from some awesome people in LA regarding the show. Within an hour they had booked me a plane ticket to LA and I flew down the following morning to meet with them in person. Eventually I'll be able to post the full story of what's transpired, but for now I need to keep the flow of information to a minimum!

One of the things that has come out of this is the decision to take down the trailers from this website. No, I haven't "sold out" or been ordered to do this... there are legitimate reasons behind removing the trailers from the official site that I agree with. Obviously we can't help the fact that other people have posted it on many different video sharing sites etc... but that isn't a big deal.

The important thing for everyone to know is that the plan hasn't changed. I have no intention of giving up creative control or letting anyone else try to tell me what this show should be. The reason that a successful show about video games and gaming culture hasn't been done yet is because real gamers haven't been the ones behind the scenes! If this show doesn't remain authentic, it will fail. Simple as that.

I keep on referring people to the Last Boss article about the show, because I think that it hits the nail on the head. All of us understand that if the wrong people try to mess with the formula, this thing will crash and burn. I'm on a crusade to make sure that that doesn't happen.

Although the links to the trailers have been removed, I've kept the rest of the site online. I'll continue to respond to your emails, and I'd still love to hear what you have to say. Thank you for all of your kindness and support so far! This website has done it's job for now... but this is only the beginning. Thank you!
